La peticionaria adujo que la Corporación omitió pronunciarse sobre la pretensión relacionada con el pago de salarios que dejó de percibir durante el año 2019, debido a la decisión de la accionada de no suscribir un nuevo contrato de trabajo.
Luego de verificar que la presente petición fue formulada por fuera del término de ejecutoria de la sentencia, la Corte decidió RECHAZARLA
